Figurative Language Valentines

Your students can celebrate Valentine’s Day by writing valentines to someone they love, like, or appreciate using different types of figurative language.

This worksheet asks students to write valentines that incorporate similes, metaphors, personification, onomatopoeia, hyperbole, allusions, and alliteration.
